I have a new dream: I want to build a sustainable profitable enterprise devoted to sociaty.
We’ll donate 20% of annual profit to provide the most need service to sociaty, say offering free lunch for children and elders.
In that way, the vision inside the employees and customers would be different. Since they’re not only benifiting themselves, they’ll be more willing to be devoted.
In the same time, in that way, the vision of top managers would be different. They know that chasing profit isn’t everything in their life, so that they would put more attention on family.
To realize that, I need very good ideas to open the business, and also good ways to manage it. That’'s why I have to put so much efforts on studies!
